Come Explore Life in the Blossoming Community of Prosper, TX

Prosper is an affluent North Dallas suburban community of quiet, small-town life. Ideally located within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, the Town of Prosper, TX was incorporated in 1914, named in the D Magazine 2010 Best Suburbs List as the 5th Best Suburb in the Dallas Metropolitan Area, and today is one of the fastest-growing communities in the area. It blossoms with new development—beautiful new neighborhoods of luxurious homes, thriving shopping and commercial areas, medical centers, and more. Yet despite all its growth, Prosper remains a town focused on community and small-town ideals, and you can still experience the early 20th-century railroad town in its quaint historic business district along Broadway.
