Frisco’s highest ranking school in the Texas School Guide’s 2018 School Ranking, McSpedden Elementary School placed 18th out of 4,503 elementary schools. The school opened in 2014 and credits its PTA for contributing to the honors it received including the Golden Apple Award, the President’s List Award, and the Voice for Every Child Award.
- Hosp Elementary School

Hosp Elementary School was recognized in 2018 as a Model PLC Campus, a designation given to schools that show their commitment and focus to their students. The student proficiency in reading and math is at 95%, which is way above the Texas average of 72%. The school also offers after-school enrichment classes, an online library catalog, and a watch DOGS program for the adult members of the family.
- Bledsoe Elementary School

- Pearson Middle School

As the 38th among 2,044 Texas middle schools, Pearson was established in 2015. It offers a well-rounded curriculum and athletic programs like basketball, track, football, and soccer. Students are also free to choose from among arts programs like theater, band, or choir.
- Wakeland High School

This high school is known for its top academic standards and many curricular and extracurricular opportunities. Students are highly proficient in reading and math, scoring 94% and 95% respectively.
- Centennial High School

Centennial High School has earned an Exemplary rating from the Texas Education Agency. It offers pre-AP classes which prepare students for AP or college-level classes in high school. The school aims to develop critical thinkers and respectful individuals out of more than 2,000 students. The school’s proficiency in math is 97% and 95% in reading.
